E-PARTS TO SUPPORT FCA BRANDS IN LATAM COUNTRIES

e-PARTS , Key Technologies’s best-in-class platform for the Aftersales Business Management, has set a new milestone in its worldwide implementations.

FCA Group and Key Technologies  successfully launched in Brazil an e-PARTS  based solution to support spare parts aftersales business for both Chrysler and Fiat brands in LATAM countries. The implemented modules of e-PARTS , strictly integrated with engineering and production FCA systems, allows for the authoring and publication of parts catalog for the new Jeep Renegade , the first vehicle of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles to be jointly developed by Italian and American designers and engineers.

All technical information and parts catalogs, with all models produced in the past 15-20 years in Latin America, have been migrated by Key Technologies from the previous aftersales system to the new e-PARTS platform and can now be fully maintained and published along with all new car models produced after 2014.

The e-PARTS implementation project for LATAM has requested more than 6 months. During this period, Key Technologies cooperated with an international team of professionals, from leading firms like Accenture and Reply, allocated by FCA for the implementation of several other logistics systems in Brazil.

The e-PARTS solution for LATAM was designed on top of the Microsoft Azure cloud and is now fully integrated with other FCA e-PARTS cloud farms located in EMEA and APAC regions, all of them developed and operated by Key Technologies .
