FCA and Key Technologies announced today the official release of the  e-PARTS PartsMart solution for supporting FCA’s predictive analysis processes. e-PARTS PartsMart  is the module of the e-PARTS platform dedicated to predictive analysis related to aftersales business management.

The e-PARTS PartsMart solution implemented for FCA group is aimed at enabling Fiat Chrysler sales, marketing and logistics departments to make business decisions based on various Key Performance Indicators, including:

  • stock of spare parts and accessories products,
  • sales budget for spare parts, accessories products and scheduled maintenance,
  • possible marketing campaigns for specific spare parts and entire service packages

All these KPIs rely on the analysis of historical data, with part of them managed directly in e-PARTS (e.g. catalogs, VINs, applicability of the parts on VINs, …) and other are processed from other systems through ETL solutions (e.g. the percentage of scrapped vehicles).

e-PARTS PartsMart  was designed on top of the Microsoft Azure cloud and is fully integrated with FCA e-PARTScloud farms located in EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions, all of them developed and operated by Key Technologies.
